The Ghiaccio Bosco Country House lies in the heart of the Maremma, a few kilometres from the sea and close to Capalbio, pearl of the Tyrrhenian coast with its uncontaminated beaches, and offers its guests an escape into tranquillity in the most enchanting of Tuscan places.
The structure, located in the countryside, on the edge of an ancient forest, which gave rise to the name of the location and which guarantees a cool climate in the summer, welcomes its guests in a quiet place, among the truest flavors and colors of the Tuscan Maremma.

where tradition and hospitality have been intertwined for generations
The earliest record of the estate dates from the middle of the 19th Century, when this area of the Tuscan Maremma, criss-crossed by the brigand Tiburzi, offered the Olivi family land and work. Since that time, the family has lived and worked on this land, which it has always loved and cherished. In 1995 Giampiero Olivi decided to offer hospitality to those who love this land but do not live here. Thus was born the Ghiaccio Bosco Farm Hotel, the first in the entire area of Capalbio. His descendants, Monica Olivi and husband Filippo Rinaldi, are pleased to welcome you with a cordiality and warmth passed down from generation to generation.
