always worked and taken care of this beloved land, producer of grains, tomatoes, oil, blueberries, and fruit and vegetable
products.
In 1995, Giampiero Olivi decided to offer hospitality to those who are passionate about this land, despite never having
had the opportunity to truly experience it. And so the Ghiaccio Bosco Farm holidays was born, the first of its kind
in the zone of Capalbio. Its descendants Monica Olivi and her husband Filippo
